This collection of 12 tales from the Mahabharata are a delight to read. Deepak has done a great job in retelling these immortal stories, staying true to the source material, while using language and dialog to bring alive these episodes for readers, I could not stop reading once I picked the book up.
Deepak M R is a trainer and writer. Having worked in training, consultancy, and academics previously, he has written text books, articles for journals, and blogs before. He is one of the contributing authors to the anthology ‘Unsung Valour’. He was written a novel on Abhimanyu that will be published soon by Bloomsbury India. Presently he is working on a short story collection based on the Mahabharata. He lives in Bangalore with his family.
